Payments

All Credit Card charges will appear as Buckles & Tees. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken and we will email you to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorize the payment.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and by Law include 15% G.S.T. (Government Sales Tax)

For International Customers, the GST is removed on completion at the time of check out. Buckles & Tees is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

Returns

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your purchases same day, as long as your order and payment is received by 12.00pm, this is the cut off for orders due to courier and freight Pick Up.

During weekends and public holidays we do not ship; we will ship on the first available business day.

Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via email during operating hours. We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address unless it was our fault.
